A strategy and management consultant, I have a 30+ year career in professional services working with global organizations on implementing large transformation programs and elevating leadership. I am a recognized expert in executive assessment and development, designing and facilitating the growth journeys of senior executives, CEO succession planning, and team effectiveness at senior management levels.

Most recently, I was the Korn Ferry Chief Executive Institute® leader for EMEA and APAC. Other key roles during my 15-year tenure at Korn Ferry included leading the Global Consumer Consulting Practice and managing the P&L for the Consulting division in EMEA.

I joined Korn Ferry from Capgemini (and Ernst & Young before the merger) where I was a Vice President in charge of the North America People and Organization Practice and a member of the executive committee for NA.

Earlier in my career, I was a successful entrepreneur, founder of a technology market research business which I sold to Dun & Bradstreet; I became the president of Dataquest Computer Europe. I then moved to Oxford Consulting as the managing director Europe.
