It is deliberately more immersive than conventional executive coaching. Each Lab is organized around a 3-day offsite and is built for one executive in one specific context, with coaching sustained over a year, combining deep assessment, stakeholder insight, purpose exploration, intensive individual work, live business challenges and sustained coaching over time.

The aim is not simply to prepare someone for a bigger job. It is to develop the range, clarity, presence and internal grounding to inhabit that role successfully and authentically - while identifying what the executive may need to stretch, reshape or leave behind.

Purposeful leadership is an important part of the Lab. The executive explores not simply what they want to achieve, but what they want to contribute through their leadership and how that purpose can inform choices, relationships, resilience and presence.

The experience is rigorous, personal and demanding. Insights are continually tested against real decisions, relationships, tensions and leadership moments.

Where useful, I bring together a small group of trusted specialists around the executive. I remain the architect and lead advisor throughout.
